Our full Unleashed Training Programme.

Unlimited access to all of our sessions… Group Training and our High Energy Classes. Train every single day and follow our structured and coached training programme.

Group Training is more bespoke and you will train to a higher skill and development level than you would in classes. You will start at the level you are now and quickly progress as we teach you how to lift and progress you through weight training. These sessions focus on Strength and Conditioning.

Our classes focus on Cardio, Endurance and HIIT.

    Terms and conditions
    There is a minimum commitment length of 3 months for this payment plan.
    This membership is a 30 day rolling contract. This means once payment is made each month, you have made a commitment for a period of 30 days.
    A minimum of 30 days notice is required to cancel this membership. Requests to cancel must be made in writing to: james.parker@unleashedperformance.co.uk.
    If a full payment is due within the 30 day notice period, the full months payment will be taken and the membership will expire at the end of that payment period.
    There are no refunds on this type of membership.
    This membership cannot be paused unless for medical reasons and by discretion of the business.
    We require a minimum of 12 hours to cancel a session. If you cancel late, you forfeit that session.
    This membership bills every month.
    The first payment is due on the membership's start date.
    This membership is non-transferable.
    Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
