Respect your distance, train appropriately, and you'll have a great race day experience. Listen, there is no doubt that triathlon training requires some intense training time but the reality is most people do too much quantity and not enough quality. We call this "BS miles" and prefer to see our athletes train, rest, and still excel in other areas of their life. We create customized plans for each athlete. The plan is loaded into Training Peaks on a weekly basis and designed based on your goals and your available training hours. Frequent communication between athlete and coach. We also analyze power files and data to help you understand your training and race zones. This is reflected in the monthly fee.
Must sign bike agreement and return bike when directed in the same condition as rented.
Additional charges may be charged for parts that may be damaged or need replacing after rental. For example bar tape, if crashed shifter hoods, seat, tires.
