Deeside RFC U16 Introduction to Strength & Conditioning

Introduction to Strength and Conditioning for Deeside RFC U16 squad. 

This is a 10 week block, running from Tuesday 25th February until Tuesday 13th May (there will be no classes during the Easter holidays - 1st and 8th April).

This is a 45 minute session delivered within the rugby training session.

Groups will be split between two timings 7.15pm-8.00pm and 8.00pm-8.45pm. Groups will be split based on a number of factors and in consultation with Deeside RFC coaches.
