This package is for those new to the Evolve Performance Gym programmes.
It allows participants to attend the following classes: All Stars; Miss Fits Junior Lifting Club; Build Lifting Club; or Miss Fits Senior Lifting Club without committing to a Movement Bothy Membership or full term of classes.
Participants will be given two 1 to 1 coached sessions during the class ensuring participants start their chosen programme on the right foot.
