Take your athlete’s game to the next level this summer with ESST’s 6-Week Summer Performance Program. Designed for middle school, high school, and developing athletes, this results-driven training experience focuses on building speed, strength, power, and confidence through four structured training sessions each week.
Athletes will train in a high-energy environment led by experienced coaches and follow a comprehensive program that combines speed development, strength training, performance enhancement, and mental toughness. Progress is measured through performance testing at the beginning and end of the program, allowing athletes to see real, measurable improvements.
