1-6 clients per coach training, this membership enables you to train twice per week and is charged at the beginning of the month 3-5th. Cancellation is 30 days' notice and the membership price is based on 48 weeks of training covered in cost over 52 weeks (monthly). This means that the gym has the option to take 4 weeks off per year(Doesn't mean we will, its an option), this is used primarily for Christmas etc, but also to ensure the staff remain the best version of themselves for you by taking a bit of time of when needed, you don't lose out also as it's covered in the cost :-)

Our memberships prices are also based on training 48 weeks of the year, but spreading the payment over 52 weeks of the year (Monthly Direct debit) This allows the gym to close completely up to 4 weeks of the year, times like Christmas, holidays etc. This benefits the staff enormously to not burnout (We work incredibly hard) and allows us to bring you the best training possible.
