DPP TrainFit Exercise only plan
A monthly membership taken on the 6th of each month and has no cancellation policy.

TrainFit is a structured fitness programme like no other. It is created and written by head coach and co owner Lisa Peart, so it’s personal to you!!

You don’t just turn up and get on with it, you are throughly coached and supervised throughout the programme. So you don’t need to worry about what you’re going to do at the gym today, we’ve done it for you! You will progress quickly if you listen to the coach!

We also offer you nutrition support on the DPP nutrition plan devised by in house nutritionist Deb Armstrong, with 30 years nursing experience she can really help you, using good nutrition to get the best out of your workout, combined with Styku 3D body scans to totally keep you engaged and focused on your goals!

Included in your membership

✅Access to all coached sessions that are ran daily Monday to Friday from 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm (no 7pm class Friday). Saturday 9am and 10am and Sunday 9am is catch up session (for those that miss a workout during the week?

✅ BoxFit session every Sunday 9am

✅Our members only Facebook support group where WODS (workout of the day) are posted the night before

✅Access to coach Lisa pull up programme, a great upper body strength programme with lots of accessory work to help you develop upper body strength and of course that ‘strict pull up’

✅We also run an optional Barbell strength programme for members who want something a little different

The programme is Ideal for anyone who loves group training but also needs some individual attention, you will notice you become leaner, stronger and fitter in just a matter of weeks!

Every day is different, daily wods provide you with all elements of strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance, aerobic and anaerobic fitness so you will see changes in your body quickly!?

Drop in for a session without the commitment of a membership. £7 a session, must be used with in a 30 day period. Ideal for our infrequent members who can only commit once or twice a week to attend TrainFit session. NOT VALID for open gym, this is for full members only

TrainFit offshore membership
Description
A monthly membership taken on the 6th of each month and has a 10 day cancellation policy for members who are away at least 2 weeks out of 4. (Max class attendance 11 per month)
Classes held every day 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm (No 7pm on Friday)
Saturdays 9am and 10am.
Sunday’s are our catch up day for any wod you’ve missed 9am-11am
Open gym sessions are timetabled throughout the week to catch up on accessory work such as the Pull up programme and engine board

BabyFit
So pleased to announce, coming to TrainFit starting Monday 17th April!

Our very first BABYFIT!!

A special addition of our TrainFit programme aimed at postpartum mums who have had their post natal check up (dads welcome too) to attend these special baby friendly sessions of our TrainFit programme

Specially programmed to allow this as a time to bond with your baby. Exercising with baby so they learn that fitness is an important part of a healthy, happy lifestyle. Life skills start early!

Rest assured our coaches are fully trained to help you post baby and exercise is one of the best things you can do for yourself to tone, strengthen and become functionally fit to carry baby without developing back pain!

Our special membership is just £38 a month and we have the following sessions for you to attend with your baby and or toddler (toddlers must be in pushchair)

MONDAY Mama&Baba Fit 10:45am
TUESDAY Mama & Baba Pilates 10:45am
THURSDAY Mama & Baba Fit 10:45am

Sessions are 40 mins long and If you don’t want to commit to all 3 sessions you can drop in for just £7 a session.

Please note you must bring your baby in either a push chair/pram or car seat. If older ones attend please be advised they must remain with you during the session either in a pushchair or sat on the sofas .

Please ensure that you & baby are in warm clothing during the winter months as the gym is very cold. And a blanket for baby to lie on while you do some ab work would be useful!

Ask us about combing your membership with a postpartum nutrition plan. Written by a qualified nutritionist and includes an individual fat loss or performance nutrition plans using 3D Styku body scanning technology to help you get your body back in to shape, safely and effectively!

These sessions are aimed at children aged 8 to 14 years of age.

TrainFit juniors is functional fitness at its best with the emphasis based on fun and games, building self esteem and confidence is our number one goal.

Our program will see your child progress in physical and mental health and fitness and we aim to make them all feel included in a safe space that will become their happy place (like TrainFit has for many of our adult members)

We will work all 3 energy systems safely and efficiently so you will see your child improve in coordination, attention, general fitness and strength

Using light weight Kettle-bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, barbells, body weight exercises, rig workout like ring rows and ropes, and of course cardio with running and rowing intervals which will be scaled and adapted to the individual needs and ability of your child!

Membership is £25 a month (8 sessions a month) or £4.50 a session and sessions are:
