Our Welcome to CFH Introduction Pack! Included is a Introduction video that shows you what CFH is all about and gets you started with the CrossFit nine foundational movements. Once you've been through the video you get four WoD sessions to book into within the next two weeks to get started with your CrossFit journey. We can't wait to have you a part of the team!
Monthly Memberships
2 Sessions per Week Monthly Membership
Access to 2 WoDs or per week (9 sessions total per month). These sessions can be used however you wish throughout the month and average out to 2 sessions per week,

Drop In

If you can’t commit to our membership, or you’re just passing through, this is the one. Buy a single session at a time.

WoD 30 Drop In
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
Fancy dropping in for a quick 30-minute workout? This is the Drop-In rate for these sessions if you don't already have a membership.
Personal Training
1/2 Hour PT Single Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
A half hour session to work one on one with a coach to further your CrossFit skills.

1hr PT Single Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Coaching (3 months)
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 3 months.
3 Month Nutrition Coaching Package - £200 for the first 3 months and then £50/per month thereafter.

Nutrition is the foundation of our wellness and performance. CFH Nutrition Coaching is about making small weekly shifts toward a healthier lifestyle. It isn’t restrictive, nor is it about sweeping changes that are difficult to maintain. Instead, we are trying to build habits to make a difference that lasts. We will tailor this to address your specific needs and circumstances. You control the process; we support you along the way.

Here’s what’s included:

- Initial consultation (face-to-face or Zoom) - we want to understand your current habits, health, lifestyle, and goals and explain the process in a little more detail

- Follow-Up Zoom call/meeting to deliver and discuss your customised plan

- Access to the Precision Nutrition Coaching App and resources to help you keep track day-to-day and regularly interact with your coach

- Progress Consultation (call/meeting) every two weeks to chat and check in, ensure you are on track, hear how you’re doing and make any needed adjustments.
Lifting Track
Supplemental weightliting programming for those that want more of a strength bias on top of their WoD sessions. This includes 4 sessions/week.

Competitor's Track
A track for those that would like to increase their training volume to compete at a higher level in CrossFit. This track is 2 sessions per day x 5 days/week and follows along the WoD classes as well (Session 1 being WoD Class, Session 2 being Competitor's Session).
