This is how to start CROSSFIT! 3 -(90min) Method/Skills classes that are scheduled with our Head Trainer. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. You will learn lifts, movements, scalable options, lingo and how YOU move. We also evaluate your mobility, specific needs, and goals. These classes are 1 on 1 and small group classes. Once finished with these 3 classes you will have the next 3 weeks to put your new skills to work on the road to your goals! When you're finishing up your first 4 weeks of CrossFit you can decide what's right for you... Unlimited, 3xWeek or packs of classes. How fast do you want to get fit? TEENS 4th-12th Grade: 3+ classes per week: Available PM times: M/W: 3:30pm, 4pm or 5pm; T/Th 4pm; Fri 3:30 or 4pm: Sat 9am Available AM times: M/T/Th/F 6am. In addition in Summer 9ams M-F. Each Teen has one on one coaching and individualized workouts within the group classes.
Class Packs are a great way to attend classes when you have an unpredictable schedule. 😁
Packs expire in 3, 6 and 12 months (no extensions) dependant on size. Active use of pack (1/week) required for active membership benefits.
