This is how to start CROSSFIT!

3 -(90min) Method/Skills classes that are scheduled with our Head Trainer. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. You will learn lifts, movements, scalable options, lingo and how YOU move. We also evaluate your mobility, specific needs, and goals. These classes are 1 on 1 and small group classes.
Once finished with these 3 classes you will have the next 3 weeks of Unlimited membership. Put your new skills to work on the road to your goals!

When you're finishing up your first 30 days of CrossFit you can decide what's right for you... Unlimited, 3xWeek, 2x or packs of classes. How fast do you want to get fit?

TEENS 6th-8th Grade: 3 classes per week: Available times: 3pm (M,W,F), 6am (M,T,Th,F). Able to flex between all 7 class times. After 3 month base established, teens are able to attend any class time on the calendar. Contact with questions 262-573-5399. or schedule an Inquiry Appointment.

KIDS: Mondays and Wednesdays: 3:45pm CFKids classes only. 3rd - 5th Grade. Contact regarding age requirements.
