This is how to start CROSSFIT!

3 -(90min) Method/Skills classes that are scheduled with our Head Trainer. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. You will learn lifts, movements, scalable options, lingo and how YOU move. We also evaluate your mobility, specific needs, and goals. These classes are 1 on 1 and small group classes.
Once finished with these 3 classes you will have the next 3 weeks of Unlimited membership. Put your new skills to work on the road to your goals!

When you're finishing up your first 30 days of CrossFit you can decide what's right for you... Unlimited, 3xWeek, 2x or packs of classes. How fast do you want to get fit?

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
