This is how to start CROSSFIT!

3 -(90min) Method/Skills classes that are scheduled with our Head Trainer. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. You will learn lifts, movements, scalable options, lingo and how YOU move. We also evaluate your mobility, specific needs, and goals. These classes are 1 on 1 and small group classes.
Once finished with these 3 classes you will have the next 3 weeks to put your new skills to work on the road to your goals!

When you're finishing up your first 4 weeks of CrossFit you can decide what's right for you... Unlimited, 3xWeek, 2x or packs of classes. How fast do you want to get fit?

TEENS 6th-8th Grade: 3 classes per week: Available times: 3pm (M,W), 6am (M,T,Th,F). Able to flex between all 6 class times. After 3 month base established, teens are able to attend any class time on the calendar. Contact with questions 262-573-5399. or schedule an Inquiry Appointment.

Excellent oppurtunity to measure progress and understand areas of improvement for better over all health. Please remember to refrain from exercise or caffeine 24hours prior to scan. Do not eat 2+ hours before scan. Please arrive hydrated but not water logged. ;)

Please schedule early to make sure there is an appointment available that fits your schedule. This scan will expire, no exceptions at end of month. This scan is non transferable. No exceptions or extensions irregardless of scanner availability or no show for appointment. Scan subject to expiration due to change of membership status.
