This session is only for students who are actively taking classes at Fly Girls. You need to be taking 3 to 4 classes per month minimum to use open pole.

Sunday Students must message the studio for the door code by Saturday 1:30PM as Crystal is off from 1:45PM Saturday until 10AM Monday. You can ask others in the WhatsApp group to DM you the current code if you are desperate to go.


Open Pole is a Place where you can come and just train your pole skills on your own time with your friends.

By Signing up you are agreeing to play/train at your own risk. There will be no teacher in the session. You will have access to the speaker and floor heaters or Fans. Please keep the gas heaters off.

You must use mats when inverting, and clean up any heel marks if wearing shoes.

Light Switches are above the teachers desk, just ask to see them next time you are in the studio.

Please lock the studio and turn off all electricity when you leave.

Please ensure the key box is secure and closed.
