4 Week Beginners Pilates Course

This 4-week programme is designed for those who are new to Pilates or returning to movement after time away. It’s a calm and encouraging introduction that helps you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in your body.
Each session offers clear guidance, thoughtful coaching by our newest instructor, Helen, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll learn the key movements and techniques that help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.
What to expect:
• A full-body approach focusing on posture, core strength, balance and flexibility
• Small group setting, so you’ll never feel lost in the crowd
• Use of equipment to both support and challenge you
• A steady pace, with options and alternatives offered throughout
• Progress you can feel, even after just a few sessions
This programme is ideal if you:
• Want to start moving again in a structured and supportive environment
• Are returning after injury or a long break from exercise
• Prefer a slower-paced class where you can build confidence and ask questions
• Are looking for a comfortable way to start moving again
Starts: Sunday 11th May until 8th June (with a break for the May Bank Holiday)

Price: £60.00 including a video for you to practice at home during the break on May 25th.
Parking: 2 hours free in ASDA, we are just a 5 minute walk from there or any of the town center car parks.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and personal.
