Chaos Junior Athlete Program (1 Session)
Introducing our Junior Athlete membership.

Most active children take part in a lot of different sport and love the idea of becoming a professional athlete.

Well this is their chance to train like one.

At Chaos all of our junior athletes go through an extensive testing battery using the gold standard in data collection with the Hawkin Dynamics force plates.

By collecting this data and by watching the athlete we are able to place them in to the program that is going to be best for their athletic development.

Programs are written and delivered by staff with super league experience in strength and conditioning, you won't find better.

Programs include...

Athletic Development and Mobility - Making the athlete generally more athletic to reduce risk of injury.

Ballistic Strength - Getting the athlete more competent at generating force and working at speed.

Strength - Increase athletes total force potential.

Concurrent Training - This is where all athletes need to be, working on a little bit of everything. Athletes on this program have generally had regular strength and conditioning sessions and are more capable / competent within a strength and conditioning program.

We retest and adjust athlete programming every 3 months.

Although we are happy to discuss the program selection, the final choice rests with one of our senior coaches.

Program Only
Not everyone can get to our gym, but everyone should be following our program.

This membership will give you access to our app and we will assign you to the relevant calendar.

You will also be able to come to gym once a month, it’s always good to meet the coaches and get to know each other.

New Starters - Juniors
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 12 weeks.
We pride ourselves on building good athletes here at Chaos.



We want our junior athletes to get off to the best possible start which is why we have started this course. The course is a small group (no more than 4 participants per session) to make sure everyone gets the amount of coaching needed to hit the ground running.



During the 6 sessions we will cover...

All the major lifting techniques

How to use and adjust all the equipment safely

How to act in a gym environment

Using and filling out our app

Initial performance based testing to monitor progress and offer feedback



After completing the 6 sessions we will then make a decision whether the athlete is ready to go on to our membership or if they have to complete the course again. This is solely up to the coach leading the sessions and their decision is final. The gym is a dangerous place if not treated with respect and we have to look after the safety of all the athletes in our space.

Once you have registered for your first session the athlete must attend 6 sessions within a 12 week period to pass the course. If not they will be expected to try again.
