Weeks 1&2 are your strength weeks.
weeks 3&4 are your lean muscle building weeks. weeks 5&6 are your muscular endurance weeks.
Week 7 is your progress testing week.
During test week you will do multiple strength and fitness tests as well as do in person body measurements.
