BOOTCAMP RECURRING PACKAGE
Bootcamp sessions are large group training sessions focused on a specific type of training.
Bootcamps are our sessions based on fun, high energy, community style training where you can come in and just beast through a session with everyone.
Different specific bootcamp sessions
1. Boxcamp - Boxing style circuit and pad work training.
2. Roxcamp - Hyrox style circuit
3. Big 16 - 16 exercise session done in various HIT formats
4. IGYG - You and your partners) work through the session together one works, one rests.
We have mixed together some of the most popular and trending styles of large group exercise to give you the most challenging, fun and rewarding bootcamps possible.

PT Format:
Small group PT programme ran in 7 week cycles to improve all round strength and fitness, build lean muscle and lose body fat.
Package options for 3x PT per week (minimum 12 sessions per month)

7 weeks are split into 4 stages.
Weeks 1&2 are your strength weeks.
weeks 3&4 are your lean muscle building weeks. weeks 5&6 are your muscular endurance weeks.
Week 7 is your progress testing week.
During test week you will do multiple strength and fitness tests as well as do in person body measurements.
