5 km Run Club

These groups are to keep ladies running 5 km with some focus on increasing distance and snap shots/ introductions to sessions that will improve speed, pace and fitness.
Includes a personalised plan for those wishing to target a specific race or time goal.
Week 1 : 5 km run / walk 
Week 2: Education Session
Week 3: 6 km run / walk on 
Week 4: Education Session
Week 5: 7 km run / walk 
Week 6: Education Session
Walk options are given in all classes to aid with injury prevention and ensure that classes are kept open to mixed abilities.
