Small Group PT - Shred 40

One months worth of small group training for a maximum of 10 people only to ensure a more personalised personal training experience. Class is a mix of Bodyweight (Workouts from our successful Shred 20 program) some equipment (course price includes a set of bands for first timers, skipping rope & medicine ball) and Yoga Shred inspired workouts to maximise fat burn over the 40 minute session.
All sessions will follow the current COVID-19 guidance set out for personal trainers in a public space.
