What is CF Express?

CrossFit Express is a 45 minute high intensity fitness class based on the same functional movements as CrossFit.

The idea of this class is to give similar conditioning results as a regular CrossFit class in a shorter timeframe during off-peak times.

The main CrossFit workout of the day will be condensed and modified slightly to allow each session to be completed in 45 minutes.

What is F!T35?

Get F!T in only 35 Minutes!!! This program offers a 6-day week Bootcamp-style workout while working in functional strength, circuits and avoiding highly skilled Complex Barbell or gymnastics movements. We also include dedicated core sections at the end at least 2-3 days a week. You will rarely experience the same workout twice with the continuously varied workouts! We will also do benchmark workouts that will repeat itself 1-2 times a year to track your progress. This is an excellent way to get fit, push yourself, and have fun!

Program Includes

Here are 6-days of programming broken into 3 different class structures throughout the week. A Typical week will look like this:

BURN - Monday & Friday is our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workouts that range from 15-24 minutes long with extra core work designed in various formats to keep it fun. Working at this higher intensity will help elevate your metabolism so your burning calories long after you have left the gym!

BUILD - Tuesday & Thursday, we work on hitting some Accessory Strength using slower and controlled functional movement patterns working with light to help build muscle tone.

SWEAT - Wednesday & Saturday is a complete "sweat sesh" purely designed to burn fat calories with a pure cardio-based workout lasting from 20-30 minutes.

PERFORM - At various points throughout the program we will do some benchmark tests which we will use to monitor our fitness progress.

Sooner or later, most people in a group program will reach a point where one-on-one attention is required to address sticking points.

Skill sessions are critical to helping you overcome fears and frustrations and critical to helping you put your mark on your training progression. Time spent outside the group setting can be a pivotal game changer but only if you approach it the correct way.

This one-on-one coaching session is a high-value proposition. Yes, it’s going to be more intense in many ways than throwing down with buddies in the 8 a.m. class. It’s much more fun to do 30 clean and jerks for time next to friends, for example, than to fine-tune technique in front of one trainer. But the session provides a chance to really work on sticking points and create much more efficient movements that you can transition back into your group training sessions.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to session start time. If under 24 hours the cancelling client simply loses their session.

45 Min Mobility Session

Taken by a qualified L1 CrossFit Mobility Coach for 45 minutes. In these sessions you will learn how to assess your own mobility issues and be given the tools to fix poor movement patterns or mobility dysfunctions. For those with injuries or mobility issues that affect your workouts, we will discuss appropriate modifications or scaling to give you a great work out while preventing further harm. The time will be spent on treatment including; manual work (soft tissue and joint mobilization), voodoo flossing, activation techniques and exercise/mobility prescription as needed.

Maximum of 15 athletes per class. Providing local athletes and sports teams with the fitness foundation they need to excel in their sports. The objective is to ensure every athlete or team is provided with a sound off-season, pre-season and in-season training program which will improve performance and prevent injury.

Preventing injury is the key to increased training. Weight training is inherently dangerous and should never be conducted by uneducated athletes and coaches. All our coaches are Olympic Lifting Certified. We teach mechanics, function, technique, running skills and instill the value of technique before load.

We know by virtue of our training system our athletes will get strong, they will run faster, and they will be more conditioned than ever before. However our goal is to educate the athlete, to increase performance and to prepare them for the demands of their chosen sport.

The facility includes Male & Female Changing Rooms with 3 Showers in each, a PT Studio, multi-story car park behind gym, and much more. Jersey CrossFit Gym will offer the results and strong community of a traditional CrossFit box with all the amenities of a luxurious fitness club. Please see below a list of the facilities on offer. JFFA Competition Licence
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 12 months.
In order to compete in the Online Qualifier, any Jersey Functional Fitness sanctioned event or earn a spot on the National Team to represent Jersey you must first be a JFFA Member.

Membership is an annual fee of £50 and is good for one year from the date of payment.

Only JFFA Members are eligible to serve on JFFA Committees.
