Fundamentals - Intro Session
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 7 days.
In order to join on the classes you must have completed our fundamentals program with a CrossFit coach. This session will teach you the basics of CrossFit so that you can be safe in your workouts. It will take place at a day/time that is convenient for you. After completing this session, you can start joining the classes.

This 60 minute private session is included for FREE in all our monthly memberships. However, if you are unsure about whether to commit to a membership you can pay for this session separately here. If you then sign up for a membership within the next 7 days after this fundamentals session we will deduct this fee from your first membership payment!

45 Min Skill Session (Weightlifting/Gymnastics)

Receive targeted coaching to address your weaknesses in Olympic Lifting or Gymnastics from an expert coach!

Sooner or later, most people in a group program will reach a point where one-on-one attention is required to address sticking points.

Skill sessions are critical to helping you overcome fears and frustrations and critical to helping you put your mark on your training progression. Time spent outside the group setting can be a pivotal game changer but only if you approach it the correct way.

This one-on-one coaching session is a high-value proposition. Yes, it’s going to be more intense in many ways than throwing down with buddies in the 8 a.m. class. It’s much more fun to do 30 clean and jerks for time next to friends, for example, than to fine-tune technique in front of one trainer. But the session provides a chance to really work on sticking points and create much more efficient movements that you can transition back into your group training sessions.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to session start time. If under 24 hours the cancelling client simply loses their session.

45 Min Mobility Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 12 weeks.
Taken by a qualified L1 CrossFit Mobility Coach for 45 minutes. In these sessions you will learn how to assess your own mobility issues and be given the tools to fix poor movement patterns or mobility dysfunctions. For those with injuries or mobility issues that affect your workouts, we will discuss appropriate modifications or scaling to give you a great work out while preventing further harm. The time will be spent on treatment including; manual work (soft tissue and joint mobilization), voodoo flossing, activation techniques and exercise/mobility prescription as needed.

Venue Hire + Strength & Conditioning Coach (Half Gym)
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
Maximum of 12 athletes per class. Providing local athletes and sports teams with the fitness foundation they need to excel in their sports. The objective is to ensure every athlete or team is provided with a sound off-season, pre-season and in-season training program which will improve performance and prevent injury.

Preventing injury is the key to increased training. Weight training is inherently dangerous and should never be conducted by uneducated athletes and coaches. All our coaches are either UKSCA Accredited and/or Olympic Lifting Certified. We teach mechanics, function, technique, running skills and instill the value of technique before load.

We know by virtue of our training system our athletes will get strong, they will run faster, and they will be more conditioned than ever before. However our goal is to educate the athlete, to increase performance and to prepare them for the demands of their chosen sport.

Benefits of a Strength & Conditioning Program for Athletes:

– Increase body awareness and coordination
