A fundamentals sessions must be completed first via private coaching. After the completion of the Fundamentals session you can start your 21 days Unlimited classes based on your schedule and goals.

Jersey Functional Fitness Association (Club Member)
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 12 months.
A club is defined as a group (various ages and genders) who train for the sport of functional fitness.  The end goal is sport performance. The length of a club season will vary depending on age and other sports of involvement, but we recommend a season length of January until late summer - culminating with the opportunity to qualify for the iF3 World Championships.

Our structure is similar to the club structure that exists with many other sports in Jersey.  Whether you were a footballer, rugby player, hockey player or gymnast - you trained as a member of a registered club, and represented that club at sanctioned events.

Benefits of A Club

Become an official JFFA registered club and be eligible to have athletes judged at your facility for upcoming events.
Access to help with local event organisation.
Input on programming design and floor layout.
Opportunity to have your event be considered for qualification to World Championships.

This membership is an annual fee of £200 and is good for one year from the date of payment. All proceeds will go towards helping athletes with apparel, insurance and/or travel costs where possible for the events.

Receive targeted coaching to address your weaknesses in Olympic Lifting or Gymnastics from an expert coach!

Sooner or later, most people in a group program will reach a point where one-on-one attention is required to address sticking points.

Skill sessions are critical to helping you overcome fears and frustrations and critical to helping you put your mark on your training progression. Time spent outside the group setting can be a pivotal game changer but only if you approach it the correct way.

This one-on-one coaching session is a high-value proposition. Yes, it’s going to be more intense in many ways than throwing down with buddies in the 8 a.m. class. It’s much more fun to do 30 clean and jerks for time next to friends, for example, than to fine-tune technique in front of one trainer. But the session provides a chance to really work on sticking points and create much more efficient movements that you can transition back into your group training sessions.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to session start time. If under 24 hours the cancelling client simply loses their session.

Taken by a qualified L1 CrossFit Mobility Coach for 45 minutes. In these sessions you will learn how to assess your own mobility issues and be given the tools to fix poor movement patterns or mobility dysfunctions. For those with injuries or mobility issues that affect your workouts, we will discuss appropriate modifications or scaling to give you a great work out while preventing further harm. The time will be spent on treatment including; manual work (soft tissue and joint mobilization), voodoo flossing, activation techniques and exercise/mobility prescription as needed.

Venue Hire + Strength & Conditioning Coach (Half Gym)

Maximum of 12 athletes per class. Providing local athletes and sports teams with the fitness foundation they need to excel in their sports. The objective is to ensure every athlete or team is provided with a sound off-season, pre-season and in-season training program which will improve performance and prevent injury.

Preventing injury is the key to increased training. Weight training is inherently dangerous and should never be conducted by uneducated athletes and coaches. All our coaches are either UKSCA Accredited and/or Olympic Lifting Certified. We teach mechanics, function, technique, running skills and instill the value of technique before load.

We know by virtue of our training system our athletes will get strong, they will run faster, and they will be more conditioned than ever before. However our goal is to educate the athlete, to increase performance and to prepare them for the demands of their chosen sport.
