To get started training online with Jersey CrossFit you must complete our 21 Day Online Jumpstart Program, graduating as a full member of our gym. This ensures you learn the ropes, develop your technique on exercises, understand the CrossFit methods, and so that when you graduate it will you decide the online training service that best suits your needs. Below is what it entails:

> 2 x 15 minute online Zoom sessions with a private coach. Session 1 will discuss your initial goals and kick-off your program, Session 2 will be a check-in after 7 days.
> Your Coach will be there to make sure you’re staying on track and progressing towards your goals throughout the 21 days, as well as custom designing a flexible program specific to your needs, injuries, equipment and time available.
> After completing your first Zoom session with your coach, you will get 21 Days on the CORE Online membership and access to our online training app.
> During this period you can then feedback anything you like to your private coach via the app, any concerns, technique difficulties, questions on your workout, etc.
> You also will receive a 21 Day Nutrition Plan to help transform your health and body during this time.

After the completion of the 21 Day Online Jumpstart Program you can then decide if a membership is for you, and which online option best suits your schedule and goals.

The JCF Weightlifting Club focuses exclusively on position, technique, and mobility for those who seek a deeper base of knowledge on which to build their lifting prowess. The class focuses on the movements of the snatch and clean & jerk, and helps make the adjustments necessary to advance in these lifts. The club trains hard, with the aim to help individuals prepare for competitions throughout the year. Competing is crucial to developing confidence in your lifts and vital experience to tackle the pressures of competitive lifting and competitions, whether in CrossFit or Olympic Lifting.

Our Coaching Team has extensive knowledge within the Sport of Weightlifting and are Certified British Weightlifting Coaches. Endurance
Endurance Club - 1 Month Saver
Designed for intermediate to competitive athletes, this is a periodised weekly endurance program run by an experienced endurance competitor for anyone wanting to optimize their aerobic capacity.

The sessions run weekly and is programmed in 12 week cycles focusing on a specific goal e.g. 5k, half marathon, marathon. We also will design a training program individualised to you that starts with moderate aerobic workouts and progresses into race-pace simulated intervals.

The program will give proper warm ups and technique drills to get you prepped for your training, as well as personalied programming for sessions to be carried out in your own time! Our goal is to efficiently develop your speed, stamina, and endurance.

Want to throw a CrossFit Kids birthday party for your child? We offer 90 min events for all ages for up to 15 kids/teens! Each party consists of 60 min of age appropriate activities, followed by a half-hour during which the parents can do food/cake and kids can do a little controlled free play afterwards. While we have refrigerators for drinks/beer, tables, chairs and plenty of room for parents to hang out, birthday cakes and any other food you’d like to serve is to be provided by the parents.

Mobility Session

Taken by a qualified L1 CrossFit Mobility Coach for 45 minutes. In these sessions you will learn how to assess your own mobility issues and be given the tools to fix poor movement patterns or mobility dysfunctions. For those with injuries or mobility issues that affect your workouts, we will discuss appropriate modifications or scaling to give you a great work out while preventing further harm. The time will be spent on treatment including; manual work (soft tissue and joint mobilization), voodoo flossing, activation techniques and exercise/mobility prescription as needed.

Open Gym Athlete Development
Athlete Development Program
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
Maximum of 15 athletes per class. The Athlete Development Program is dedicated to providing local athletes and sports teams with the fitness foundation they need to excel in their sports. The objective is to ensure every athlete or team is provided with a sound off-season, pre-season and in-season training program which will improve performance and prevent injury.

Preventing injury is the key to increased training. Weight training is inherently dangerous and should never be conducted by uneducated athletes and coaches. All our coaches are Olympic Lifting Certified. We teach mechanics, function, technique, running skills and instill the value of technique before load.

We know by virtue of our training system our athletes will get strong, they will run faster, and they will be more conditioned than ever before. However our goal is to educate the athlete, to increase performance and to prepare them for the demands of their chosen sport.

Benefits of a Strength & Conditioning Program for Athletes:

– Allow more time for sport specific skill development during practices

Jersey CrossFit is proud to offer for hire their facility. Our spacious, fully – equipped gym is suitable for functional fitness classes, video, film and photography. The Gym consists of a 6,000 sq. ft. location in the heart of town in St Helier, Jersey. The facility includes Male & Female Changing Rooms with 3 Showers in each, a PT Studio, Cafe on-site, a welcome Lounge, multi-story car park behind gym, and much more. Jersey CrossFit Gym will offer the results and strong community of a traditional CrossFit box with all the amenities of a luxurious fitness club. Please see below a list of the facilities on offer.

I agree to return any and all equipment in its original condition within two days of the re-opening of Jersey CrossFit Gym. If the equipment is damaged or defective, I agree to replace it at market value at my expense.
