What To Expect From Your Private 1:1 Intro session:

A fundamentals sessions must be completed first via private coaching. After the completion of the Fundamentals session you can start your 21 days Unlimited classes based on your schedule and goals. Sooner or later, most people in a group program will reach a point where one-on-one attention is required to address sticking points. PT sessions are critical to helping you overcome fears and frustrations and critical to helping you put your mark on your training progression. Time spent outside the group setting can be a pivotal game changer but only if you approach it the correct way. This one-on-one coaching session is a high-value proposition. The session provides a chance to really work on sticking points and create much more efficient movements that you can transition back into your group training sessions.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to session start time. If under 24 hours the cancelling client simply loses their session.
