Billed monthly with a choice of:

3-Month Commitment — minimum 3-month commitment, then continues monthly with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

12-Month Commitment — 12-month commitment, automatically renewing for a further 12 months unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.
