Alongside everything included in our Silver Membership, you’ll gain access to CrossFit and our specialist coaching sessions, allowing you to develop strength, fitness, skills and confidence through constantly varied, coach-led training.

Whether your goal is to improve your health, compete, or simply become the fittest version of yourself, every workout is scalable to your current ability and designed to help you progress.

3-Month Commitment

Minimum 3-month commitment, then continues monthly with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

12-Month Commitment

12-month commitment, automatically renewing for a further 12 months unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.

Getting Started

Every new member receives a FREE 60-minute Intro Session with one of our coaches. We’ll introduce the fundamental movements, discuss your goals and ensure you feel confident before joining your first class.
