What To Expect From Your Private 1:1 Intro session:
Introduction to Jersey Crossfit Gym, TeamUp, Class Timetable, What is CrossFit?, What is Hyrox? SugarWOD, Programming, Air Squat, Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Thruster, Strict Press, Push Press, Deadlift, High-Hang Power Clean, High Hang Power Snatch.
A fundamentals sessions must be completed first via private coaching. After the completion of the Fundamentals session you can start your 21 days Unlimited classes based on your schedule and goals.
The membership and private personal training sessions must be redeemed within 12 weeks from purchase date.

You can be flexible and choose from any of the below services in any order you like as part of your package. So you can book a massage one month, or a skills session the next. Whatever you think could benefit your training each month. Below is the options you can choose as part of your PLUS package each month, all sessions are 45 minutes...
*Skills Session - Fix technical issues in Weightlifting or refine your Gymnastics skills
*PT Session - Improve your strength, use for rehab from injuries or work on specific imbalances
*Mobility Session - Correct mobility issues and fix improper movement patterns
*Nutrition Consult - Dial in nutrition, record your body stats and stay accountable
If you are a member of JCF and are looking to refine your skills or improve in a specific area, bumping up to a PLUS Add-On could get you over that hump or take you to the next level. All sessions can be booked via the 'Appointments' tab on your Teamup with your chosen coach as part of your membership Add-On.
If you are thinking about joining us at JCF, but might be a little worried about jumping into group classes right away, then a package of 1:1 sessions could also be a great way to help you get started.

Sooner or later, most people in a group program will reach a point where one-on-one attention is required to address sticking points. PT sessions are critical to helping you overcome fears and frustrations and critical to helping you put your mark on your training progression. Time spent outside the group setting can be a pivotal game changer but only if you approach it the correct way. This one-on-one coaching session is a high-value proposition. The session provides a chance to really work on sticking points and create much more efficient movements that you can transition back into your group training sessions.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to session start time. If under 24 hours the cancelling client simply loses their session.
A regular system of feedback analysis and new prescriptions is the separator that people need.
