Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 30 days.
The 30 day shift is a fun and cost effective way to get a month of personal training in a private facility. Using a combination of strength and fitness training methods. You will get up to 12 training sessions personalised around you (we start with a strategy session to figure that out) and your goals as well as structured nutrition, and daily check ins with one of our coaching team (there’s 2 of us). Weekly progress assessments using our state of the art body composition machine and access to a whole host of tools to help you in your journey to being fitter, stronger and healthier

Train how often you like with our premium personal training program, 12 semi private personal training sessions per month, and access to our group FIT training sessions.
