Terms and Conditions:
This membership is billed monthly, with the first payment due on the membership’s start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to the listed number of classes per month. If classes remain unused they cannot be transferred to another month. Any classes where your attendance has not been marked, or where cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window will be lost. Classes hosted by third parties are not included in the membership and an additional charge will be required to take part. These will be clearly marked.
Unless specifically stated this membership is non-transferable. In order to take advantage of the complimentary freeze please give a minimum of 14 days notice before your direct debit is due. Your direct debit will be taken and an additional month will be added to your membership. Freezing or pausing a monthly membership can be requested in full month blocks only.
The business retains the right to cancel a membership at any time due to antisocial behaviour.
The Founders Membership is unique in that only ten have been offered to the public, in the event that you wish to cancel this membership you will not be able to re-join as a Founder Member.
Members will be advised of any changes to the Terms and Conditions of membership through the membership system.
Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
The Studio Director reserves the right to monitor cancellations and no shows outside of the above policy and take appropriate actions, this may include but is not limited to temporary revocation of your membership or limited booking options for a period of time.
Members Benefits:
• Bring a friend for free: the same person cannot use this more than once per annum. They must be registered on the system and have a pre-booked space, following the procedure outlined in your membership pack
• Members Benefit Scheme: the business has the right to review this at any time and your membership must be shown on use to ensure that your membership is still active.
• Complimentary Satya Sessions classes are booked on a first come first served basis so we cannot ensure access to all members. These will also be offered to non-members to purchase. The business retains the right to remove these sessions at any time.
