This membership bills 1 time per month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership can only be used for 30-minute class options at any location seen on the schedule.

By signing up for a tennis membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Billing and Membership Validity
This membership is billed monthly on the date of purchase. It is valid for weekly classes only and does not cover additional tournaments, camps, or events.



Cancellation Policy
A 14-day cancellation notice is required to terminate a membership. No refunds are issued once billing has occurred, but members may continue to participate through the remainder of their monthly cycle. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.



Missed Classes
If a student misses a class for any reason, it is their responsibility to make up the class within a 7-day period or attend the Saturday makeup session for that month. Members may attend classes on available days during the week before or after a missed class. Additionally, a Bonus Saturday makeup day is offered once a month for missed sessions.



Rainouts & Public Holidays
Classes run year-round, except for a 2-week break from December 22nd through the first week of January. Classes resume the second week of January. Rainouts and holidays are factored into the pricing and do not entitle members to a makeup day. We allow members to make up classes on another day, provided there is open space in the class. One Saturday each month is designated as a bonus/makeup day, which is also included in the membership pricing.



Paused Memberships
Members are able to "Pause" their membership once annually (for up to 28 days) for either travel or illness. Please note, you cannot pause your membership for a holiday as our system already takes holidays into account in the membership pricing.
If you choose to cancel your membership and rejoin, your membership will be subject to the current rates and terms at the time of rejoining.
