Membership Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on the date of purchase and run month to month.
Your membership includes weekly classes and one Saturday makeup or bonus practice each month.

Makeup Class Policy
7 Day Makeup Window

If your child misses a class for any reason, they may attend a makeup class within 7 days before or 7 days after the missed session.

Makeup classes are based on availability and may take place in a different class time, day, or location.
Missed classes are not refunded or credited.

One Saturday makeup session per month is included with membership.
Makeup opportunities do not roll over month to month.

Scheduling & Attendance
Students must be registered in advance for classes.
Class spots are limited, and unregistered students may not be able to participate.

Cancellation Policy
14 Day Notice Required

Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 14 days written notice.
Charges during the notice period are non refundable.
Once billed, memberships remain active through the end of the billing cycle.

Weather, Holidays & Schedule Changes
Classes run year round with scheduled seasonal breaks.
Weather cancellations and holidays are factored into pricing.
Class schedules and coaches may change when necessary.

Photos & Video
By registering, you consent to photos or videos taken during sessions being used for promotional purposes.
Removal requests can be made at any time.

Agreement
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these Membership Terms, the full Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.
