Intro to Pole fitness beginners 6 - week course

Join our 6 week Intro to Pole course for complete beginners!  You will learn beginner pole tricks and moves, build up your strength and confidence and immerse yourself into the world of pole fitness! It’s a fun activity that strengthens your core, improves flexibility and overall fitness level!

 You will:

learn the pole dance foundations

build your strength and increase your mobility.

discover an exciting new workout. You’ll have tons of fun!

be bold and confident

build trust in your body

remember how amazing you are!

express yourself through dance and movement.

enjoy being out of your comfort zone and overcome your mental blocks.

learn how to move your body efficiently and with ease on and off the pole.

6 classes on the row.

Once you have chosen your start date you will be AUTOMATICALLY booked in for 6 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, same time, same place, same day for 6 weeks.

If you are unable to attend a class during your 6 week course  we will NOT be able to change, exchange or swap your class for another and you may loose that session. There are NO REFUNDS for any missed classes.
