Inclement Weather (Rain) Procedure:
- Pre-Camp Communication: Parents will be notified via email or text message if the day's camp
is affected by rain, on the morning of or the night before the affected day’s camp.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of heavy rain leading to cancellation, a make-up day will be
scheduled. If a make-up day isn't feasible, a partial refund or credit towards future camps or
other classes will be offered.
