after you finish your two week trial, jump in with us for an assessment so that we can give you feedback and make suggestions for your movement practice with us. 

meet our prenatal movement teachers 1:1 and discuss any on going physical or emotional irregularties that may be preventing you from enjoying our MAMABODY classes. we will meet you where you are, assess the problem and give you solutions for attending classes with joy and ease.
