PROVEN SHOOTING THAT WORKS! This course is a step-by-step shooting guide designed for beginning and advanced basketball shooters to improve form, understand shooting mechanics, and build proper foundations without even having to use a basketball or a hoop. During both the Beginner and Advanced sessions, campers will special tools that are only utilized at The Workshop to build good habits with shooting form and consistency! Beginners will focus on understanding shooting, step-by-step building a shot in a 3 step process. Advanced shooters will be challenged with footwork, consistency drills, and reps! All shooters will use a "Form Block" and learn what "The Line" means. Campers will see instant change and progression after this camp.
