Train with us 2 times each week. You will have access to the full timetable to choose how you split your 2 sessions.

Your 8 credits will refresh every 4 weeks. Any unused credits will not carry over.

U16s MVMT Membership
Designed specifically for young athletes under 16 years old. This class focuses on building foundational strength, improving agility, and enhancing overall athletic performance in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, participants will learn proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and functional movements tailored to their age and skill level.

MumStrong Membership - Single Session Per Week
Welcome to Mum Strong, a specialised physio-led service empowering mothers to take control of their bodies post-childbirth. Our expert team supports you through every stage of your postpartum journey, and your baby is welcome in our gym space!

With this membership, you gain access to one session per week, either in our specific Mum Strong classes where your baby can join you or as part of the full membership if you have childcare available.

We understand the unique challenges of motherhood and aim to create a safe environment for you to prioritise your physical and mental well-being. Our classes focus on targeted exercises for postpartum bodies, emphasising core stability, pelvic floor strength, and functional movement.

Whether you’re a new mum or further along in your recovery, our nurturing classes help you reconnect with your body and regain confidence. While newborns are welcome in Mum Strong classes, please note that other gym classes may not be suitable for them. We look forward to supporting you on your motherhood journey!
