We’re excited to introduce our CrossFit IOW Throwdown — a same-sex pairs CrossFit competition designed to bring our community together for an unforgettable day of fitness, energy, and support.
This isn’t about being the fittest person in the room.
It’s about testing yourself, backing your training partner, and experiencing the buzz of competition in a fun, inclusive environment.
📅 Event Date & Time: 18th April. START TIME 10:00am – 2:00pm. Arrive for 9.30am
👥 Format: Same-Sex Pairs
🏆 Divisions: Two divisions designed so everyone can take part and be challenged.

Weightlifting Thumb Tape - Protect your thumbs and hands. 2 inch EAB is the perfect size to wrap around your thumb when lifting in hook grip. It will protect your thumb from the friction of the bar, making it perfect as a weightlifting tape for hands, cross fit thumb tape or olympic lifting tape.
Wrist Tape - We use a tearable, lightweight, elastic adhesive bandage that is soft and grippy. It's commonly used as a wrist bandage to prevent wrist hyperextension. Tape directly over the joint line to restrict movement. A favourite in football as a goalkeeper tape.
Versatile White Sport Tape - Our Tearable Elastic Bandage can be used for anything from ankle tape for football to a thumb bandage, or as a first aid tape for various sports tape strapping situations.
