Earth 2.0 is a configurable weighted jump rope that functions as a fitness system rather than a fixed product. It allows training with different load levels using 2.5 mm, 4 mm and 8 mm cables, plus interchangeable weights in the handles.
It can reach up to 1.6 kg total weight. It is oriented toward strength training, muscular endurance, metabolic conditioning and cardiovascular work with load.
It also enables double unders and technical sessions with lighter setups. It is not intended to maximize competitive speed but to provide a more demanding, controlled and progressive stimulus for daily training.
