Minimum commitment of 3 months.

An ISC Gym Youth Membership is the ideal programme to help build strength, improve fitness and avoid injury when training for sport. This membership is available to athletes under the age of 16.

Access to:

- 2 x Strength & Conditioning sessions per week
- Open Gym*
- Access to ISC Youth Academy
- Specifically designed programme
- Performance testing and progress monitoring (Additional cost)

*U16 members will only be allowed to use open gym from Year 10 upwards and following a minimum of a 3 x month gym induction. Though a gym induction completion is on the ISC Coaches discretion.

Billing commences on the 1st day of each month. If a membership is purchased in the middle of a month the total for the first month will be prorated, and the full amount taken on the 1st of the following month.

ISC Gym's Athletic Performance Plan covers everything you need as athlete via the use of the online TrainHeroic app. From rehabilitation exercises and regimes, to pre-season and in-season performance programmes. ISC Gym's S&C coaches, sports therapists and rehabilitation specialists all have input in putting together a specific plan that will help any individual athlete stay healthy, fit and maximise their sporting performance.
