Parent Power is a 12-week small-group training programme designed specifically for parents who want to get fitter, stronger, and more confident — all while their children train next door.
Sessions run every Monday for 45 minutes in a private gym, led by a dedicated coach. Each session is a fun, supportive workout focused on strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing.

Project Padwork is designed for complete beginners and existing students looking to improve their fitness, confidence, and striking skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Each week we will explore a different martial art, learning the techniques, combinations, and training methods that make each style unique.
