3 Week - Online and In-studio Introduction Course

This Course happens in person at our Northampton Studio and Online using Zoom. In Person dates are 9th and 23rd Feb  and Online 16th Feb. See our website for venues and directions. 

 

Never done Pilates? Are you worried about exercise? Maybe you are an active person but you really want to exercise more precisely? 

This 3 week course will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and perhaps give you a new perspective on how you can exercise. You will also have the chance to experience Pilates in person and online from the comfort of your home. Northants Pilates is special, we provide hands on personal feedback to make sure you understand your exercises and move well. And Online, we keep our classes small so you can still get as much personal feedback as we provide in-studio.

During the course you learn key Pilates exercises and concepts. You'll also learn about your posture and the importance of good alignment when you exercise. We will help you loosen up by mobilising all your major joints. And you'll get to progress through different exercises so you can start to feel muscles wake up and your core switch on. 

All ready for you to refine how you move and allow you to push yourself in our regular classes.

The Course includes online and take-home exercises to help you continue at home between sessions.
