Introduction to Pilates - 2 week course

Never done Pilates? Are you worried about exercise? Maybe you are an active person but you really want to exercise more precisely? 

This two week introduction goes into the fundamentals of Pilates mat exercises and a little into your anatomy too, you will develop an understanding of how your spine works, your posture and the language and principles of Pilates. It's the perfect start to a more mindful intelligent exercise, there is no point just throwing yourself at treadmills or weight machine if you're doing it badly, learn how to exert yourself efficiently and without risk of injury. 

Included in the course - 2 x 60 minute classes, take-home exercise guides and online video tutorials for personal exercise between classes.

After the course you'll be able to settle into our regular mat classes in any of our venues where you can work harder and refine your Pilates skills further.
