Online Foundation Course - 3 Weeks

Over three 1-hour sessions we will work through Pilates basics, posture alignment and the basic exercises that underpin good movement. We will build your confidence with our unique exercise style so in the regular classes you won't be confused by terminology and you'll know how to exercise more effectively and start to push yourself safely too. You'll also get better value from the classes because you won't need to check your screen so much to see what everyone else is doing. The course will open the doors to the rest of our comprehensive timetable and you'll have Pilates knowledge that will benefit you in your every day life.
