4 Week Intro Course - Join our new classes

Join our new 4 week Introduction course. It will bring you up to speed with the Pilates basics and allow to transition straight into our brand new evening classes.

Once this course ends it will become a brand new class, so you will be able to continue on at the same time. That way you can continue to practice everything you learned on the course while getting all the benefits of exercising regular.

On the course you will learn lots of basic and intermediate exercises. You'll also learn many fundamentals of Pilates, that benefit other exercise you might do and are beneficial for life in general. You'll also have access to homework so you can practice between classes. And we'll be on hand to help you join classes after the course ends, so you can transition smoothly from beginners to a regular weekly routine.
