Teen Athletic Strength and Conditioning
This 12 week program is exactly what your female athlete needs to develop strength, conditioning, and agility—essential components for athletic success. Girls 13+ will work with a Certified Personal Trainer, focusing on strength training, plyometrics, conditioning, and agility, in the areas needed most for young athletes. The initial weeks will focus on building a needed base of form and strength, and progress in difficulty as the weeks continue, ensuring a safe and sensible approach to get results.
By building strength, balance, and proprioception, athletes will stabilize their joints and improve overall body control, significantly reducing the risk of common injuries like sprains and strains. Stronger muscles and tendons offer crucial support for high-impact movements and the repetitive demands of their sport.
This program isn’t just about getting stronger; it’s about enhancing overall athletic performance and confidence both in and out of their sport!
We will have one in gym session per week, and girls will be given an optional "homework" workout each week.
