Terms and conditionsValid student ID will be required in order to purchase this option and will be required to be shown every subsequent year. This pricing options bills every month. The first payment is due on the pricing options's start date. This pricing options entitles the purchaser to Unlimited Monthly classes at The Wild box plus a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this pricing options. Unless otherwise noted, this pricing options is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the pricing options. This pricing options cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
Cancellation Policy:
This pricing options requires 1 month’s notice (date-to-date).
You may cancel via your customer dashboard or by emailing us.
Your notice period starts on the day you submit your cancellation request.
Your final payment will be taken on your next scheduled billing date, and your pricing options will end one month from that billing date.
Example:
Billing date = 18th, cancel on 10 March, final payment = 18 March, pricing options ends = 18 April
Pricing Options Freezing
Pricing Options can only be frozen in line with your payment schedule.
You can freeze for a maximum of 3 months in a year.
To set up a freeze you must to notify us at least 7 working days before your next payment is due.
Upgrading & Downgrading Memberships
Upgrading Your Membership
You may upgrade your membership at any time by emailing us.
* Upgrades take effect immediately
* You will be charged the pro-rata difference between your current membership and the new membership for the remainder of the current billing period
* Ongoing payments will then be adjusted to the new membership level
Downgrading Your Membership
Downgrades require advance notice and do not take effect immediately.
The notice period depends on your membership type:
Monthly Studio Membership (billed on the 1st of each month)
* Downgrades require 1 full calendar month’s notice
* The downgrade will take effect from the 1st of the following month
Rolling Flexible Membership (billed on your join date)
* Downgrades require 1 full billing month’s notice (date-to-date)
* The downgrade will take effect from your next billing anniversary after the notice period
Downgrades must be requested via your customer dashboard or by emailing us.
Terms and Conditions: Late Cancellation
After 1 no shows within 5 days, you will be subject to a charge of £5.00. After 3 late cancels within 14 days, you will be subject to a charge of £4.00.Class Cancellation window:
Early cancel (no penalty) up to 12 hours before the class start time
Late cancel within 12 hours of class start time
