
Nutrition Coaching
Our Nutrition 1-1 Coaching program offers athletes and their parents a greater level of support and individualisation as we focus on the specific challenges and solutions to help your child. Whether it be increasing protein intake, improving fuelling for training/competition, helping fussy eaters or just specific eating styles (eg. vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian), we can help support your child with our 1-1 Nutrition Coaching.
Our Nutrition Coaching is delivered using a blend of online consults coupled with bespoke tasks to monitor the application of new knowledge via Teambuildr, our training app available on iPhone and Android.
Each appointment is 30mins duration and is delivered online.
