
Our On Ramp Introductory session is 90 minutes long and prepares your young athlete to maximise their participation in our environment. These take place in an Exclusive 1:1 format with one of our Specialist Youth Athletic Development Coaches. After the On Ramp program, your child will be ready to join our weekly program.
Over the course of the On Ramp Program your child will:
· Complete baseline measurements of height, weight, maturation, strength and power.
· Complete an introduction to our movement curriculum
· Build understanding of session content and delivery.
· Establish confidence in training
· Progress toward the group training environment.
Depending on what suits your schedule best this can be completed as:
1 x 90 minute session
1 x 60 & 1 x 30 minute sessions
3 x 30 minute sessions
