Our small group (1:4) platform was created to allow access to a community based, time efficient training environment, that maintains high coaching standards and practices. At PERMA we recognise that training enjoyment and adherence is a critical component of successful, long term interventions. It is our opinion that training in a group, alongside like-minded individuals with similar objectives, in a stimulating environment will heighten this effect. Whilst group training is not a new endeavour, we wanted our coaching standards to shine through and thus limiting the group size was the natural solution.
Alongside the testing and monitoring procedures that help guide and assess the success of the members participation, our three clearly defined session types, provide a framework to help distribute training intensity and volume across a period of time.

Terms and Conditions
This membership will entitle the purchaser to x 1 small group top-up credit, eligible for use across all small group coaching sessions. This membership cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
At Perma Performance we understand emergency's happen and we will try to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule your appointment before cancelling it.
If a rescheduled appointment can be made for that day - we will endeavour to change the time for you.
In the circumstance, that the appointment needs to be cancelled we will abide by following policy:
* All appointments for 1:1 Coaching / Small group coaching will be scheduled directly between the coach (Perma Performance) and the client or alternatively through Perma Performances booking system.
* Subsequently, if a client has to cancel or reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, the client must contact the coach, business directly at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
* If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 12 hours in advance, Perma Performance reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full 1:1 coaching/ small group fee that would normally be charged for that training session. If a client is on a membership package - one session will be taken due to cancellation.
* If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Perma Performance reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the 1:1 coaching / small group fee that would have been charged for the training session.
* All cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance by phone, text or email.
Package Refunds Policy.
* When 1:1 Coaching / Small group sessions are purchased in a "pack" - no refund will be offered for unused sessions.
* The unused credit may be put towards further membership if agreed by Perma Performance, the coach and client.
