Terms and Conditions
This membership will entitle the purchaser to x 5 1:1 coaching credits. This membership cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
At Perma Performance we understand emergencies happen and we will try to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule your appointment before cancelling it.
If a rescheduled appointment can be made for the same day - we will endeavour to change the time for you.
If the appointment needs to be cancelled we will abide by following policy:
* All appointments for 1:1 Coaching / Small group coaching will be scheduled directly between the coach (Perma Performance) and the client or alternatively through Perma Performances booking system.
* Subsequently, if a client has to cancel or reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, the client must contact the coach or the business directly at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
* If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 12 hours in advance, Perma Performance reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full 1:1 coaching/ small group fee that would normally be charged for that training session.
* If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Perma Performance reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the 1:1 coaching / small group fee that would have been charged for the training session.
* All cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance by phone, text or email.
One months calendar notice is required for cancellation of a monthly membership.
If you cannot complete all your allotted sessions in the calendar month, you are permitted to roll over x1 session the following month.
Package Refunds Policy.
* When 1:1 Coaching / Small group sessions are purchased in a "pack" - no refund will be offered for unused sessions.
* One unused credit may be used in the following month if agreed by Perma Performance, the coach and client.
