Unlimited Classes
Register for as many classes as you like each month, plus unlimited open gym access.

Please note cancellation notice is 14 days. If you cancel less than 14 days from your next billing date, you will be billed and your membership will still be valid until the end of your next billing cycle.

You can freeze your membership at any time by request. While the membership is frozen, you will not be billed. So if you are going away or you know that you won't be able to come to class for a while, please contact us and ask for the membership to be put on hold.

Trial Month
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 month.
Register for unlimited regular classes in your first month. Please note this membership is NOT suitable if you have no prior experience of lifting free weights. You will need to complete an Intro and/or Beginners course before attending regular classes. Please contact us directly for more info.

This membership is for members of teams & clubs using SportsHubE15.
Off peak gym use only, no classes. You must book into an Individual Training session to use the gym.

Valid for Open Gym sessions. You must book into a session in order to use the gym.

Individualised Programming
A 1-hour private session with a coach once per month, and a program written for you to follow in-between sessions. Also includes free access to Open Gym sessions at StrengthHubE15.
Our specialist coaches can help you in a number of areas, including powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, strongman/strongwoman, strength for other sports, muscle building and overall health and longevity.
This membership has a minimum commitment of 2 months. After 2 months, the plan will continue month to month unless cancelled. 14 days notice is required for cancellation.

Pro Classes
Attend any regular class up to 2 times per week, plus 2 FREE open gym sessions per week.
If you are ill, injured or on holiday, you can freeze this membership for up to 1 month without cancelling. You will not be billed during the freeze period.
You must give 14 days notice to cancel this membership.

Basic Classes
Attend any regular gym class up to 1 time per week, plus 1 FREE open gym session per week.
If you are ill, injured or on holiday, you can freeze this membership for up to 1 month without cancelling. You will not be billed during the freeze period.

Gym Drop-in
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 3 months.
Single drop in for an Individual Training session.

Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 6 months.
Learn to lift and get stronger at your own pace!

The Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course is your introduction to strength training away from the faster pace of the regular classes. You'll be in a small group with other beginners, spending more time on technique and reinforcing good movement patterns. This will enable you to learn at a comfortable pace and feel confident lifting heavier weights.

Each week there will be a particular focus on one of the big lifts, along with some accessory movements to build up your whole body strength.

Week 1: Deadlift focus
Week 2: Squat focus
Week 3: Bench focus
Week 4: Repeat a Session or Join our Improver Class to start putting your learning into practise!

Week 4 is flexible according to your needs. You may want to repeat one of the 3 introductory weeks, if there is a lift you feel less confident about. Or you can attend our Improver Class, where you will get a taste of 'proper training' and feel at home in the weight room.

On completing the Course, you will receive the Ladies Who Lift Handbook, full of tips and advice, so you can refer back to it as you continue your strength training.

Our follow-on Improver Classes are there to ease the transition, either into our regular classes throughout the week, or to help you to start training independently in your own local gym.

The Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course can be done as a follow-up to our Intro to Powerlifting workshop, or as a standalone course.

Strongman Beginners Course
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 months.
The Strongman Beginners Course is your introduction to the sport of Strongman and the most common Strongman events. Our aim is that at the end of this course, you will be able to confidently train for strongman, and know how to use the most common equipment.

This 3-week course is suitable for men and women, and no previous experience of Strongman is required. We do ask that you be competent with the main barbell lifts, particularly the deadlift. If you are not, please look into our 'Intro to Powerlifting' workshop, where these lifts are covered in detail.

For the Strongman Beginners Course, you will be in a small group, spending time on correct technique and practising with the implements. We have light versions of all the equipment, so we can cater for all strength levels!

The curriculum is as follows:

Week 1: Deadlift variations and loading
Week 2: Pressing and pulling
Week 3: Throws and carries

If you miss a particular week, you can attend the next one in order to complete the course. You have 6 months to complete the course before your membership expires.

On completing the course, you will receive:
- a handbook of tips and advice, which you can refer back to as you continue your strongman training.
- a strongman t-shirt
- a free pass to our squad session, to try out your new skills

Start your lifting journey with our Foundation Pack of 6 personal training sessions. Use this pack to learn the basics as a complete beginner, or get you from intro workshop to taking part in our regular training classes.
We offer 1:1 sessions in any area of strength training, including strength training for health and muscle, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman/Strongwoman and strength & power for other sports.
