Unlimited Classes
Register for as many classes as you like each month.

Please note cancellation notice is 14 days. If you cancel less than 14 days from your next billing date, you will be billed and your membership will still be valid until the end of your next billing cycle.

You can freeze your membership at any time by request. While the membership is frozen, you will not be billed. So if you are going away or you know that you won't be able to come to class for a while, please contact us and ask for the membership to be put on hold.

Trial Month
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 month.
Register for unlimited regular classes in your first month. Please note this membership is NOT suitable if you have no prior experience of lifting free weights. You will need to complete an Intro and/or Foundation course before attending regular classes. Please contact us directly for more info.
Please note that if this membership is not used within 6 months, it will expire with no refund.

This membership is for members of teams & clubs using SportsHubE15.
Off peak gym use only, no classes. You must book into an Individual Training session to use the gym.

Individualised Programming
Includes a session with a coach once per month, and a program written for you to follow in-between sessions. Includes Gym Access to StrengthHubE15.
This membership has a minimum commitment of 3 months. After 3 months, the plan will continue month to month unless cancelled. 14 days notice is required for cancellation.

Pro Classes
Attend any regular gym class up to 2 times per week.
If you are ill, injured or on holiday, you can freeze this membership for up to 1 month without cancelling. You will not be billed during the freeze period.
You must give 14 days notice to cancel this membership.
Also includes open gym.

Basic Classes
Attend any regular gym class up to 1 time per week.

Team Programming
Train with us remotely! Join our team in your chosen strength sport and receive a program each month via the app. Choose from:

- Olympic Weightlifting

Intro to Olympic Weightlifting
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 month.
For those who are completely new to the olympic lifts and have never been taken through the technique by an olympic weightlifting coach. This intro package will get you up to speed, and ready to join our regular Olympic Weightlifting classes. This intro package is online only, making it very easy to get started and gain confidence!
What is included:
- Private 1-2-1 session with a coach (online) to assess your starting point and work on individual needs
- 2 online classes per week for your first month, learning the basic techniques for the snatch and clean & jerk with a broomstick at home

Your 1-2-1 online session will be made by arrangement with your coach. This can happen before or after you attend your first online class, but should be taken within your first month.

Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 6 months.
The Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course is your introduction to strength training away from the faster pace of the regular classes. You'll be in a small group with other beginners, spending more time on technique and reinforcing good movement patterns.

Each week there will be a particular focus on one of the big lifts, along with some accessory movements to build up your whole body strength.
Week 1: Deadlift focus
Week 2: Squat focus
Week 3: Bench focus
Week 4: Putting it all together

On completing the course, you will receive a handbook full of tips and advice, so you can refer back to it as you continue your strength training.

You can repeat the course as many times as you like, for as long as you need to feel confident in your lifting. Once you feel ready, you can join our regular classes. If you miss a particular week, you can attend the next one in order to complete the course.

The Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course can be done as a follow-up to our Intro to Powerlifting workshop, or as a standalone course.

This 4-class pack is valid for Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course sessions only. Purchasing this pack allows you to book into any Ladies Who Lift Beginners Course sessions on our class calendar. You can start at any time, as this is a rolling course.
