Yoga warm up
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
This is an 12 minute video recorded for little ones, suitable for walkers to about age 5. Upon purchase you will receive an email with a link to access the recording and you can use it as much as you like for as long as you like.

We warm up our whole bodies in this video, and get to know the names of our different body parts. This is really fantastic practice to do daily, once children become familiar, it would be lovely if they could make their own version, using their favourite toys. Little ones love this song and routine, and the best thing is that it is a fantastic practice for adults as well.

The relaxation at the end is just a few minutes, and can sometimes be the hardest bit for children and parents alike, my advice is to go gently with it, model relaxation for your little one and they will soon copy.

Introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
This is a short 4 hours introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness. It is like dipping your toe into the water to develop an understanding of the many benefits of Mindfulness and Yoga. There are 4 one hour videos that you will have access to as much as you want for as long as you want, so you can come back again and again, which is really helpful when establishing a practice and learning something new.

Each video starts with a very short explanation of some of the basic principles of mindfulness, it is meant to be really accessible so you can incorporate the practices into your day to day life right away. Then there is about 45 minutes of movement, with options to do more or less as you need. And finally there is relaxation.

Week 1- What is Mindfulness, Sun Salutations
Week 2- What is Mindfulness, features of Mindfulness, standing postures and balance
Week 3- Features of Mindfulness, building on the yoga practice including lunges and twists
Week 4- Benefits of Mindfulness, building on previous yoga practice, and including back bends

Upon purchase you will be sent an email automatically so you can start your practice right away.

The Balance Series
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
This is a series of 6 classes, each one is about an hour long and includes a warm, standing postures, and relaxation, they are well rounded practices, but the focus is on improving balance, each week building in a little bit more. Lots of options are given, please work to the level that you are comfortable with.

According to an article in The New Scientist on balance we are all losing our balance, and it isn’t just an age related thing. It is affecting young people and children too. The problem is we just aren’t moving as much as we use to.

The good news is that our yoga practice helps. We look to strengthen our feet and lower legs in our practice, but this is only part of the picture. Yoga helps stimulate our vestibular system, which is directly connected to our balance, because we move our head and body in lots of different directions. Yoga also helps with another sense, our proprioception. Proprioception is how we understand our body’s relationship and position to the space and world around it. The vestibular system and proprioception are essential parts of the balance puzzle. And our yoga practice will definitely help with all of these things.

Upon purchase you will be sent links to access the classes so you can start your practice straight away.

The Relaxation Series - Autumn
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
This is a collection of four of some of my favourite yin classes, each about an hour long. Upon purchase you will automatically be sent an email with the recordings that you can access right away.

Yin yoga is like having a massage- it releases the tension, worries and stress from being a mother, it helps reduce the stiffness from running and cycling and it eases the everyday imbalance from work and life. Yin has always been a part of my practice, but since becoming a mother, its been even more important to take this time for myself each week. It’s a practice I do sometimes in the morning, to ease the tension from a long night. Sometimes in the evening, to quiet my mind after a busy day. Often, I yin on holiday as it really helps with jetlag or travel tightness. It’s also a practice to balance the hormones and so very often beneficial during your cycle.

Yin poses are floor based, they are held for 3-10 minutes and the idea is to gently open the connective tissue, or fascia in the body. In my practice, I emphasize that we should find comfort in the postures to help the body to release. Yin is very beneficial for tight muscles but can also help bring balance to internal organs as well and is therefore lovely if we are feeling any imbalance in our digestion, or hormones. It allows the energy or prana to flow more freely in the body. And therefore, we often feel rejuvenated and revitalized after the practice.
