This is a short 4 hours introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness. It is like dipping your toe into the water to develop an understanding of the many benefits of Mindfulness and Yoga. There are 4 one hour videos that you will have access to as much as you want for as long as you want, so you can come back again and again, which is really helpful when establishing a practice and learning something new.

Each video starts with a very short explanation of some of the basic principles of mindfulness, it is meant to be really accessible so you can incorporate the practices into your day to day life right away. Then there is about 45 minutes of movement, with options to do more or less as you need. And finally there is relaxation.

Week 1- What is Mindfulness, Sun Salutations
Week 2- What is Mindfulness, features of Mindfulness, standing postures and balance
Week 3- Features of Mindfulness, building on the yoga practice including lunges and twists
Week 4- Benefits of Mindfulness, building on previous yoga practice, and including back bends
