CrossFit On-Boarding PT sessions

If you are new to CrossFit and feeling overwhelmed with the movements, the language, the ethos of CrossFit, then this is the option for you. Either Jo or Markus will take you through three hour-long PT sessions (arranged at mutual convenience). We will take you through all the fundamental CrossFit movements plus many more. We will explain the mechanics of the movement, take you through the movement to find your current level, plus show you your next progression. We will help you better understand the workouts and how to scale or progress where necessary. You will finish these sessions and have a much better understanding of your movement, where you can improve and how to do that, and the confidence to get stuck into the WODs alongside your fellow Hunta's!
