CrossFit Kids Monthly Membership for 4 years to 10 years.

This class is for 11 years and older. The classes are run on a Monday & Thursday evening at 6.30pm

£35 per month for one session a week
£58 per month for two sessions a week

Class for 9 - 12 year olds which takes place once a week on a Monday evening at 5.45 - 6.30pm

This bolt on membership gives you access to the Inbody Scanner

This Membership will allow you to attend Unlimited classes per week including Open Gym and Speciality Classes

One week visitor rate

This membership is a bolt on membership for current 3D members. The member will receive weekly programming around the regular CrossFit class program to be completed in addition to attending the CrossFit classes.

1 weekly coached class is available on a Saturday at 11am for 3D perform members.

The membership has a 30 day notice period.

Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 4 weeks.

4 week Introduction to CrossFit course.

PT sessions 3x each week

Members are able to attend X5 3DPT sessions per week and 1 Hyrox Session per week

6 week body transformation challenge. 3X PT sessions per week, diet support, measurements

X4 3DPT sessions per week an access to the Engine sessions
